vẫn + V / lại + V / V + nữa

Vẫn goes before the verb and means still: Tôi vẫn đang học. Lại goes before the verb and means again, often with a hint of annoyance: Anh ấy lại đến muộn. Nữa goes at the end and means more or another: Cho tôi thêm một ly nữa.

Tips: Add vẫn chưa to say still not yet: Tôi vẫn chưa ăn sáng.

Trời vẫn mưa, chúng ta đừng đi nhé.
It's still raining, let's not go.
Bạn lại quên mang chìa khóa à?
You forgot your key again?
Tôi muốn ăn thêm một bát nữa.
I'd like to eat one more bowl.
