Bây giờ là + số + giờ

Tell the time with number + giờ: ba giờ = three o'clock. Add rưỡi for half past and phút for minutes: ba giờ rưỡi, ba giờ mười phút. Words like sáng, chiều, tối come after the hour. Hôm nay, ngày mai and hôm qua go at the start of the sentence.

Tip: Use kém for “to”: bốn giờ kém mười = ten to four.

I get up at six in the morning.

Half past four in the afternoon.
